Edit distance search. Finds names similar to the one typed. A larger number N will produce "fuzzier" results. Ex: Wash~1 will find Wash, Hash, Wast, Mash, etc.

Nephew of Sir Charles Wheatstone (F. R. S. 1836). Employed in the Great Northern Telegraph Co. in Newcastle-on-Tyne but was afflicted with deafness and retired in 1874.
